The Alishan Cruise-Style Bus, on the outbound trip, departs from Chiayi HSR Station/Train Station. It stops at the surrounding attraction, Eryenping Trail, where an English/Chinese guide leads and introduces the features of the site. After the stop time ends, the same bus continues to the next stop, finally reaching the Alishan terminal!

The return trip departs from Alishan National Forest Recreation Area, stopping along the way at Fenqihu, Zhuilu/Chukou Visitor Center, and Wenhua Road Night Market, before returning to Chiayi HSR Station/Train Station. (The return trip is not included in this product and must be purchased separately.)

  • Departs every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and Monday!
  • When reserving, please fill in the traveler's information: Name, Date of Birth, ID Number, Phone Number, and Boarding Location.

｜Boarding Instructions

  • On the reserved date, please bring your identification document / National Health Insurance Card to the reserved boarding location to have your information verified by the tour leader before boarding.

  • Chiayi Train Station - Front Exit: Please gather at the Big White Bear in front of the station.

  • Payment must be completed within one hour of the order confirmation. If the payment deadline is exceeded, the system will automatically cancel the order.
  • The system does not offer order modification. If you wish to change the quantity, you must refund the current order and place a new one.

  • On the day of departure, please keep your mobile phone accessible for communication, allowing the guide to contact you and confirm the itinerary time.
  • The Alishan dedicated bus departs at fixed times and locations. Please be sure to arrive at the boarding location on time. The dedicated bus cannot wait past the scheduled time, and no refunds will be granted afterward.
  • The itinerary time is for reference only. The sequence of the itinerary may be adjusted depending on road conditions and heavy weekend traffic. The actual departure/arrival time depends on the traffic conditions on the day.
 

  • The product is limited to single use.
  • This product must be redeemed at the designated location on the reserved date.
  • This ticket type is for children aged 0-3 years old, non-seated.
  • This plan is intended to cover the mandatory insurance required for children under 3 years old, otherwise they cannot board due to this restriction.

  • Participants must complete registration and payment before 12:00 PM (noon) one day prior to the reserved service.
  • [Example] To book the service for January 2, 2025, registration and payment must be completed by 12:00 PM on January 1, 2025, at the latest.
  • For unused products, please apply for a refund 2 days prior to the reserved service. Refunds will not be granted after this time limit, so please consider carefully before purchasing.
    [Example] To cancel the service booked for November 3, 2025, the refund application must be completed by 11:59 PM on November 1, 2025, at the latest, after which the system company will verify and process the refund.
  • In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, or heavy rain), the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event for public safety. The organizer will announce and provide contact information in advance and reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the details of the event content for any unforeseen circumstances.
