1. How do I become a member? Do I need to pay for membership?

A: It is free to join Alishan Easy Go Service. You can use your Facebook or Gmail account to sign in or register a member.


2. What can I do if I forgot my password?

A: Click "Forgot your password" on the login page. After entering your e-mail, the system will automatically send the reset password link to your e-mail. Click the link to reset your password


3. How do I redeem the products after my purchase?

A: When payment is made successfully, the system will send a “payment accepted” email to your email address which contains order information, product names, and a QR code. Print out your QR code or show it on your mobile phone to the store to redeem your product or service for an enjoyable vacation.


4. Can I exchange the item after the transaction is completed?

A: Once the transaction order is completed, the item cannot be exchanged. Please place another order to purchase again if needed.


5. How to return the item?

A: Website: Member Service Center → My Order → (Click) Refund.

After receiving the refund application, we will start processing the refund (approx. 30 business days) according to the rules of the store and into your credit card account.


6. What if I received a scam phone call which asked me to refund my purchase at an ATM?

A: Our call center will never ask you to operate an ATM or purchase points for games over the phone. If you receive a suspicious phone call, please do not provide any information and call 165, the anti-fraud hotline.
