• • This product is the RETURN leg only. For the outbound leg, please book the separate product page.
• └ You may book the outbound and return legs separately to suit your trip. Staying 2 days or more is recommended to enjoy Alishan fully.
• • At booking, please provide each passenger’s details: full name, date of birth, ID number, phone number and drop-off point.
• └ This product includes personal insurance. Passengers whose details are incomplete or incorrect cannot board.
• └ Details must be unique for each passenger on the same departure, so that every passenger is properly insured.
• • Seating: a ticket is required from age 4 (inclusive), one seat per person.
• └ Infants aged 0–3 who need their own seat must have a ticket, so that other passengers’ seats are not taken.
• └ Infants aged 0–3: to travel, please add the [0–3 no-seat ticket] (insurance processing only; no seat and no gift). Insurance rules mean infants without this ticket cannot board.
  Ticket examples ✔  2 adults + 1 child aged 4 = 3 seat tickets, 3 seats in total, 3 people insured
  ✔  2 adults + 1 infant aged 3 = 2 seat tickets plus 1 no-seat ticket, 2 seats in total, 3 people insured
  ⚠️  Passengers who buy the wrong ticket type will be refused boarding, and no payment of the difference will be accepted on the day. Please check the ticket type carefully.
• • Booking deadline: complete booking and payment by 12:00 noon, 1 day before travel (Taiwan time, UTC+8).
  Booking example ✔  To travel on 31 Mar, book and pay by 12:00 noon on 30 Mar.
• • Receipt: only an electronic collection-and-payment receipt is issued, sent by email within 3 working days (excluding public holidays) after the tour.
  Notes ✔ Under Ministry of Finance rules, travel agencies are a designated industry and issue a “collection-and-payment” receipt only; a unified invoice (GUI) is not issued.
  ✔  This product’s receipt is issued by Taiwan Nabi Travel Service Co., Ltd. (台灣那比旅行社股份有限公司).
  ✔  The receipt is issued through the platform operated by the Taipei Association of Travel Agents. You will receive an email notification; follow the instructions in it and select “collection-and-payment details” to print.
  ✔  By law the receipt can be printed only once. If you need it reissued, please contact our customer service on +886-2-2523-3883.
  ✔  You may also choose not to request the receipt; we will still issue and retain it as required by law.
  ✔  For refunds, Taiwan Nabi Travel Service will handle the receipt and sales return certificate on your behalf to speed up processing.

  ✖ Requesting a refund on 31 Mar for a 31 Mar departure.
  ✖ Requesting a refund after missing the coach for personal reasons, such as arriving late or buying the wrong ticket type.
• • Special circumstances:The tour is not normally cancelled because of weather; the actual itinerary is adjusted according to operating and safety conditions on the day. In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes and torrential rain), the operator will reschedule, cancel or fully refund based on the government’s official work and class suspension announcements (for the counties and cities on this route), with advance notice and contact. The operator reserves the right to amend, terminate or change the details of the service.
