Taiwan PASS 

• Purchase Eligibility:
  • This pass is exclusively for non-Taiwanese passport holders (short-term visitors).
  • Adult Ticket: Aged 12 and above.
  • Child Ticket: Aged 6-11. Children under 6 who do not occupy a seat travel for free; if a seat is required, please purchase a Child Ticket.
• APP Required: This pass must be redeemed and used via the Taiwan PASS APP. Click here to download.
• Validity Instructions (By sequence of operation):
  1. Activation: You must enter the "85-prefix serial number" from your order confirmation into the APP to activate the plan within 1 year of purchase.
     Example: If purchased on 2026/1/1, activation must be completed by 2027/1/1.
  2. Plan Usage Period: Once the first item is used (boarding, entry, or physical card redemption), all remaining items must be used within 7 days (including the first day of use).
     Example: If you redeem a physical "Taipei Fun Pass" on 2026/1/3, all other items must be used by 2026/1/9.
     ※Once the first item is used, the system automatically updates the validity period under "Travel Plan Date" and it cannot be manually changed.

• Please refer to official websites for business hours and transportation updates (e.g., schedule changes).
• In case of force majeure (typhoons, earthquakes, etc.), the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel activities and modify details.

THSR 3-Day Pass

• Ticket exchange and travel must be completed within 89 days of the pass issuance date. Seat reservations are open for trains within 29 days (including the day of travel) up to 1 hour before departure.
• After obtaining the electronic serial number in the APP, please visit the [THSR Official Website] to reserve your train.
  ※Important: Whether reserving online or at the counter, you can only reserve trains departing "at least one day after" obtaining the serial number. For example: Obtain code on 2026/1/5 → Reserve trains starting from 2026/1/6.
• Once a physical ticket book is issued at the THSR station window, the online system can no longer be used for booking or modifications. Please consult the station window for assistance.
• Station information can be found on the THSR website.
• No compensation or extensions will be provided for train delays, service interruptions, cancellations, air conditioning failure, illness, or weather conditions (e.g., typhoon warnings).
