Taiwan PASS

• Eligibility: This pass is only available to short-term foreign visitors to Taiwan.
• App Required: This pass must be redeemed and used via the Taiwan PASS App. Click here to download.
• Validity Instructions (in order of operation):
  1. Plan Activation: Must be activated within 1 year after purchase by entering the voucher number starting with "85" into the app.
     Example: If you purchase a plan on 2025/1/1, you must activate it in the app by 2026/1/1. (App interface displays top card + product category list below.)
  2. Plan Validity Period: After any product is used (transportation, attraction entry, or physical ticket redemption), all remaining products must be used within 7 days (including the first usage day).
     Example: If the first product used is "Taipei Fun Pass｜2-Day Transportation Pass", and redeemed at the Unite Traveler counter at Taoyuan Airport Terminal 1 on 2025/1/3, all other products must be used by 2025/1/9.
     ※ The actual valid period will be automatically updated based on the “Travel Plan Date” after first use or e-voucher issuance. The period cannot be changed manually. Examples include: Taiwan Rail 5-Day Pass, Kaohsiung MRT + LRT 2-Day Pass.

• Operating hours or transit details (such as route or schedule changes) may vary. Please refer to each official website for the latest information.
• In the event of force majeure (including but not limited to typhoons, earthquakes, heavy rain, or other natural disasters), the organizer reserves the right to postpone or cancel the event for public safety. THSR 3-Day Pass

• After retrieving the e-voucher by tapping [Get Ticket] in the app, please go to the Taiwan High Speed Rail official website to reserve your train ride.
  ※ Whether booking online or at a THSR ticket counter, only trains on the day after you retrieve the e-voucher are available for reservation. For example, if you retrieve your code on 2025/1/5, you may book THSR trains from 2025/1/6 onward.
• Once you have exchanged your e-voucher for a physical ticket booklet at a THSR counter, you will no longer be able to reserve or modify tickets via the website. Please visit the THSR ticket counter for any changes.
• For station information, please visit the Taiwan High Speed Rail official website.
• No compensation or extension will be provided in the event of delays, service suspension, cancellations, or air-conditioning failure.
• No compensation or extension will be granted due to illness or injury causing trip cancellation.
• No compensation or extension will be granted due to weather-related reasons (e.g., typhoon alerts).
