  • Individuals with a disability certificate and their necessary companion (one person).
  • Anyone whose height is at least 115 cm but under 150 cm, or who is at least 150 cm tall but under 12 years old, upon presentation of identification.
  • Foreign nationals aged 65 or older with valid identification.
