【報名辦法】Registration methods

請點選您要前往體驗的日期，將為報名者投保200萬旅遊平安保險，需要填寫參與者相關資料。

Please choose your preferred date. As each participant is provided with an NT$2 million travel insurance policy for the duration of the tour, please fill in the required information.

請於指定時間前往指定地點體驗或領取，逾時請自行連絡店家，於報到時出示票券或身分證件以便店家核對。因為套裝優惠行程，活動當日取消不退費，其他退費須知請參考下方注意事項欄。

Please arrive on time at the designated place. If delayed, please contact the vendor directly. At the scheduled time, show your voucher or ID to the vendor to confirm your participation. As this is a package tour, no refunds will be given for same-day cancellations. For other refund information, please refer to the points below.

Introduction: Relaxing tea-themed tour and DIY experience. Five-person minimum, NT$500/person.

【頂湖森林茶席】Dinghu Forest Tea Ceremony 頂湖步道的森林茶席，由茶旅達人優雅的司茶，品茗阿里山高山茶優質的茶湯滋味，感受品茗從靜心到沉澱，人與自然對話的情境氛圍，體驗森林芬多精的大自然療癒效果，並結合手作愛玉，體驗新茶旅行的五感氛圍融入傳統茶文化的智慧。 Along the Dinghu Trail, experience a forest tea ceremony, during which a tea expert gracefully serves tea. Taste the flavors of Alishan high mountain tea in a tranquil environment and enjoy a dialogue with nature. After experiencing the therapeutic effects of nature, make a jelly fig dessert. All five senses are involved in this traditional tea cultural experience.

【手洗愛玉體驗】 Jelly Fig Dessert Making Experience

• 費用說明：每人500元（含茶席費用、手洗愛玉體驗），並未包含交通與相關接駁服務，請自行抵達活動地點。

  Fee: NT$500/person (includes tea ceremony and jelly fig dessert making experience). Transportation and shuttle bus service are not provided. Please find your own way to the meeting point.

• 兌換地點：頂湖自然生態公園之環湖步道（國道1號下嘉義交流道，接159縣道，接台18線(阿里山公路)，過石棹後行至66K附近，依頂湖指標左轉中湖部落聯絡道路，約4.5公里即到達頂湖自然生態公園，步道入口位於頂湖福德寺旁。）

  Redemption site: Loop trail in Dinghu Eco Park. (From National Highway 1, exit at the Chiayi Interchange, and connect to County Road 159. Then, connect to Highway 18 (Alishan Highway). After passing Shizhuo, near the 66-kilometer marker, look for signs to Dinghu and turn left onto the Zhonghu Community connecting road. After about 4.5 kilometers, you will reach the Dinghu Eco Park. The entrance to the trail is next to the Fude Temple.)

• 最低成團人數限制：5人，需於14天前預約 (將於預約日14天前統計購買人數，若未達成團人數將取消出團並全額退款)。

  Minimum number of persons required: Five persons. Reservations are required 14 days in advance. (If the number of persons having made payment 14 days in advance is less than the required minimum, the tour will be cancelled and the full amount will be refunded.)

• 預訂兌換Reservations for voucher redemption

  預定完成後，請確認是否收到預訂完成通知信件。

  After completing your reservation, please check to see if you have received confirmation of your reservation via e-mail.

  當日報到請於茶席預訂報到處，由工作人員感應QrCode後兌換紙本票券入席，敬請妥善保管紙本票券。

  On the day of the tour, please go to the check-in point. A staff member will scan the QR Code and provide you with a paper ticket for entry. Please make sure to keep your ticket.

  QrCode經兌換紙本票券後，紙本票券若遺失或毀損恕不補發或退費，請重新購票。

  Once the QR Code is scanned and exchanged for a paper ticket, if the paper ticket is lost or damaged, it cannot be replaced or refunded. Please purchase a new ticket.

  QrCode限定一人一次使用，每筆電子票券僅能通行一次，驗證兌換後恕無法重複使用。

  Limit one QR Code per person. Each electronic voucher may be used only once. After being inspected upon entry, it may not be used again.

• 個人資料蒐集之隱私權政策Privacy statement

  當您參與本體驗行程，承辦單位將保留您之個人資料，為利旅遊業務之辦理或與旅客聯繫、完成交易、提供服務等，本公司就您的個人資料之利用區域限於參加旅客之所在國家以及台灣地區。

  When signing up for this experiential tour, the organizer will keep the personal information provided for processing travel-related matters or contacting participants, completing transactions, and providing service, etc. The usage area is limited to the traveler’s country and the Taiwan area.

• 個人資料的處理Use of personal information

  您提供的個人資料將可能用於維繫您與承辦單位之間的客戶關係。我們會利用、分析這些資料，以達到符合您對我們的要求以及回應。
