Look Tea House Waterfall and Tea Ceremony – Bamboo Picnic Basket

Picnicking, a popular activity, is complemented by the local tea ceremony culture. Look Tea House prepares teaware, quality locally-grown tea leaves, hot water, and delicious snacks. Carry these in a traditional bamboo basket along the Aye River Waterfall Trail. Choose the tea ceremony space you prefer and enjoy tea and a picnic in a natural setting.

Description: Trailside picnic and tea ceremony (brew and serve tea on your own)

1.Times:

  • Morning session: 10:00-12:00

  • Afternoon sessions: 13:00-15:00, 15:30-17:30

2.Quotas: Minimum two persons, maximum 20 persons

3.Notes:

  • Three types of tea are provided, Jin Xuan, Four Seasons Spring, and High-Mountain Oolong, in addition to snacks.

  • Includes equipment for brewing tea and boiling water based on number of people.

  • Includes detailed instruction for novices.  

  • Tea ceremony space has been set up along the trail.

  • A deposit of NT$600/six persons is required (if fewer than six persons, based on six persons). Once all equipment is returned in good condition, the deposit will be refunded.

Look Picnic Basket and Tea Ceremony Experience

1.Hours: 10:00-17:30 daily

2.Redemption site: Look Tea House (28-1, Xitou, Taixing Village, Meishan Township, Chiayi County)

3.At the redemption site, a staff member must scan the QR code before entry.

4.Limit one voucher per person. Each electronic voucher may be used only once. After being inspected upon entry, it may not be used again.

1.For unused products, please complete the Alishan EASY GO! refund procedure.

2.If any part (product or gift) of a package is used, no returns or refunds will be allowed.

3.The system is unable to modify an order. If there is a change in the number of people, apply for a refund for the original order and submit a new one.

4.Fee does not include transportation, meals, or accommodation.

5.As weather conditions in the mountains can vary, please check Facebook or official Website for weather information before departing.

For any other reason, the organizer reserves the right to modify, terminate, or change the contents or details of an activity or event.
