Zhuowu Shan Mountain Coffee allocates roughly 6 to 7 hectares of land for coffee plantation. It is located at upwards of 1,200 meters above sea level to give the beans an elevated sweetness, acidity, aroma and flavor. Therefore we have garnered quite a few return and frequent customers.
Zhuowu Shan Mountain Coffee uses 0 pesticides and implements organic methods in every process of our coffee production. We roast our beans according to the likes of our customers, from light to dark and everything in between. Recent years we have developed a method of “river washed coffee beans”, where fermented green coffee beans are placed in river water, the washing is aided by the friction between the beans and the natural current within the river to polish the beans to perfection. The end product is distinctively aromatized and sweet, it is a unique and seasonal product exclusively to our Coffee range.
