Ching Tian Nong Tea House’s Alishan Alpine Oolong is grown on colder tea regions. It is naturally misty during early and late hours of the day. The region has relatively short sunshine hours. This produces a tea with leaves full of catechins, low in bitterness, and high in sweet afternotes. The leaves are soft yet full bodied filled with pectin, and bright emerald green in color. The texture on the palette is full with a distinctive aroma that last, the tea is honey and green in color, and stands up to multiple brews.
