Amber Coffee Estate is surrounded by mountainous ranges and sea of clouds. For anyone who has been here, almost left wanting for more. The Nature has really left Amber Coffee Estate the perfect feast for the eyes.
The owner of the estate, Mr. Chen He De, is a fifth generation tea grower. To fulfill his dream, he renovated the 40 year old tea factory. The red-bricked housing’s history remained but the renovation has made it into a wonderland for many. It now houses as an event center for coffee roasting, camping, dining and various activities, great for family retreats; it has also become a centerpiece for countless selfies.
We have already welcomed visitors upwards of more than 10 countries who designated their holiday to our estate. Many visitors are Japanese, many have came to learn about coffee roasting. Although language barrier is often an issue, passion for hospitality is universally understood. Our vision is to promote the great coffees of Alishan to friends all across the globe.
