Zou Coffee currently holds about 20 different varieties of coffee. All of which are sent to accredited international institutions to verify the variety and make sure our products are sold with a resume that stands up to our name. A professional coffee maker must uphold to these standards.
Mr. Fang Cheung Lun is a rare SCAA certified taster in the Alisan region, who also serves as the chairman for Chiayi County Coffee Industry Development Association since 2019. He works hard to encourage the Tsou people to attend various coffee competitions, and serve as their mentor and consultant.
Alishan bares an environment second to none with its high altitude and fluctuating temperatures. Mr. Fang’s hope is to bring the Tsou people and anyone young adult living in the mountain ranges who has passion for coffee to work hard and one day make Alishan’s coffee a national pride.
