The second generation tea grower from Xian Jing Tea Mr. Fan Pei Ning used to work in Taipei. Since Alishan National Scenic Area Administration started promoting their renovation project, she returned home to help. With “home” as her concept, the café was born in 2019. Although café is the official name, but local tea is heavily promoted, especially the Oolong Black Tea. In recent years, home grown coffee and camellia oil are also developed. Xian Jing Café is located hillside of Alishan, known for its Xian Jing Tea. The second generation opened up the café to broaden the scope of business and to allow tourists to have a more dynamic experiences of what the locals have to offer.
