【報名辦法】Registration methods

請點選您要前往體驗的日期，將為報名者投保200萬旅遊平安保險，需要填寫參與者相關資料。

Please choose your preferred date. As each participant is provided with an NT$2 million travel insurance policy for the duration of the tour, please fill in the required information.

請於指定時間前往指定地點體驗或領取，逾時請自行連絡店家，於報到時出示票券或身分證件以便店家核對。因為套裝優惠行程，活動當日取消不退費，其他退費須知請參考下方注意事項欄。

Please arrive on time at the designated meeting point. If delayed, please contact the vendor directly. At the scheduled time, please show your voucher or ID to the vendor to confirm your participation. As this is a package tour, there will be no refunds for same-day cancellations. For other refund information, please refer to the points below.

Introduction: Relaxing tea-themed tour and DIY experience. Ten-person minimum, NT$699/person.

【太和鹿寮古厝茶席】 Tea Ceremony in Taihe Luliao Old Residence 近百年的太和鹿寮古厝，經由在地工藝達人翻修後，成為氣質非凡的茶席空間。 The Taihe Luiliao Old Residence was built nearly 100 years ago. Following renovation by local artisans, it now serves as an elegant tea ceremony space.

【吹青陶盤體驗】Blown Cobalt-Blue Glaze Experience 使用改良的吹青技法為基本技巧，將透明釉面下採有色釉的吹染，學習一種有趣的上釉方法，自己的食器自己做！完成上釉的陶盤需要一些時間靜置乾燥並燒製，成品完成後郵寄至您家。 Modified blown cobalt-blue glazing techniques are demonstrated. Beneath the clear glaze layer, colored glaze is blown across a ceramic dish. Apply these fascinating techniques to decorate your own souvenir dish! After adding the glaze, the dish will be allowed to dry and fired in a kiln. The finished product will be sent by mail. 註：1.體驗陶盤為直徑12公分  2.含運費Notes: 1. The dish measures 12 centimeters in diameter. 2. Postage is included.

• 費用說明：每人699元（含茶席費用、吹青瓷盤體驗），並未包含交通與相關接駁服務，請自行抵達活動地點。

Fee: NT$699/person (includes tea ceremony, blown cobalt-blue glaze experience). Transportation and shuttle bus service are not provided. Please find your own way to the meeting point.

• 兌換地點：太和茶學院（嘉義縣梅山鄉太和村七鄰油車寮5之1號）

Redemption site: Taihe Tea Academy (5-1, Youcheliao, Lin 7, Taihe Village, Meishan Township, Chiayi County)

• 最低成團人數限制：10人，需於14天前預約 (將於預約日14天前統計購買人數，若未達成團人數將取消出團並全額退款)。

Minimum number of persons required: Ten persons. Reservations are required 14 days in advance. (If the number of persons having made payment 14 days in advance is less than the required minimum, the tour will be cancelled and the full amount will be refunded.)

• 預訂兌換Reservations for voucher redemption

  預定完成後，請確認是否收到預訂完成通知信件。

  After completing your reservation, please check to see if you have received confirmation of your reservation via e-mail.

  當日報到請於茶席預訂報到處，由工作人員感應QrCode後兌換紙本票券入席，敬請妥善保管紙本票券。

  On the day of the tour, please go to the check-in point. A staff member will scan the QR Code and provide you with a paper ticket for entry. Please make sure to keep your ticket.

  QrCode經兌換紙本票券後，紙本票券若遺失或毀損恕不補發或退費，請重新購票。

  Once the QR Code is scanned and exchanged for a paper ticket, if the paper ticket is lost or damaged, it cannot be replaced or refunded. Please purchase a new ticket.

  QrCode限定一人一次使用，每筆電子票券僅能通行一次，驗證兌換後恕無法重複使用。

  Limit one QR Code per person. Each electronic voucher may be used only once. After being inspected upon entry, it may not be used again.

  當您參與本體驗行程，承辦單位將保留您之個人資料，為利旅遊業務之辦理或與旅客聯繫、完成交易、提供服務等，本公司就您的個人資料之利用區域限於參加旅客之所在國家以及台灣地區。

  When signing up for this experiential tour, the organizer will keep the personal information provided for processing travel-related matters or contacting participants, completing transactions, and providing service, etc. The usage area is limited to the traveler’s country and the Taiwan area.
