請點選您要前往體驗的日期，將為報名者投保200萬旅遊平安保險，需要填寫參與者相關資料。

Please choose your preferred date. As each participant is provided with an NT$2 million travel insurance policy for the duration of the tour, please fill in the required information.

請於指定時間前往指定地點體驗或領取，逾時請自行連絡店家，於報到時出示票券或身分證件以便店家核對。因為套裝優惠行程，活動當日取消不退費，其他退費須知請參考下方注意事項欄。

Please arrive on time at the designated meeting point. If delayed, please contact the vendor directly. At the scheduled time, please show your voucher or ID to the vendor to confirm your participation. As this is a package tour, there will be no refunds for same-day cancellations. For other refund information, please refer to the points below.

Introduction: Relaxing tea-themed tour and DIY experience. Six-person minimum, NT$390/person.

【森有SPA-瀑布茶席】Forest Spa – Waterfall and Tea Ceremony 園區內的步道以木棧及石壁為主，環山步道除了木棧道外，還有仿木階梯步道平穩好走，景緻極佳，圓潭溪流經的地層屬砂頁岩互層，由於節理發達，所以有多階層的瀑布及壺穴、高聳的峭壁、溪谷窄、坡度陡等特徵，是觀察中海拔溪谷地景的最佳地點。不管是在炎炎頁日或秋高氣爽氣候中，在瀑布旁品茶更能感受到負離子和芬多精的洗滌。 The trails in this ecological park feature wood planks and rock faces. There are also imitation wood steps along the loop trail, which is not difficult to complete and offers great views. The Yuantan River flows past sandstone-shale layers. Well-developed joints have resulted in tiered waterfalls. There are also potholes and towering cliffs in this narrow gorge with steep slopes. This is one of the best places to observe a mid-elevation river gorge. No matter if on a warm summer or a cool autumn day, sipping tea next to a waterfall is a great way to experience the refreshing and energizing effects of nature.

【茶香冰淇淋】Tea-Flavored Ice Cream DIY Activity 自己手磨高山茶粉，加入香香甜甜的冰淇淋，品嚐茶香沁心扉和奶香的完美相融。 Grind high mountain tea into powder and add to ice cream for the perfect taste combination.

• 費用說明：每人390元（含茶席費用、茶香冰淇淋體驗），並未包含交通與相關接駁服務，請自行抵達活動地點。

Fee: NT$390/person (includes tea ceremony, tea-flavored ice cream DIY activity). Transportation and shuttle bus service are not provided. Please find your own way to the meeting point.

• 兌換地點：圓潭自然生態園區（位於嘉義166縣道71.5K處）- 茶之茗緣

Redemption site: Yuantan Ecological Park (71.5-kilometer marker along Chiayi County Road 166) – Cha Zhi Ming Yuan

• 最低成團人數限制：6人，需於14天前預約 (將於預約日14天前統計購買人數，若未達成團人數將取消出團並全額退款)。

Minimum number of persons required: Six persons. Reservations are required 14 days in advance. (If the number of persons having made payment 14 days in advance is less than the required minimum, the tour will be cancelled and the full amount will be refunded.)

• 預訂兌換Reservations for voucher redemption

  預定完成後，請確認是否收到預訂完成通知信件。

  After completing your reservation, please check to see if you have received confirmation of your reservation via e-mail.

  當日報到請於茶席預訂報到處，由工作人員感應QrCode後兌換紙本票券入席，敬請妥善保管紙本票券。

  On the day of the tour, please go to the check-in point. A staff member will scan the QR Code and provide you with a paper ticket for entry. Please make sure to keep your ticket.

  QrCode經兌換紙本票券後，紙本票券若遺失或毀損恕不補發或退費，請重新購票。

  Once the QR Code is scanned and exchanged for a paper ticket, if the paper ticket is lost or damaged, it cannot be replaced or refunded. Please purchase a new ticket.

  QrCode限定一人一次使用，每筆電子票券僅能通行一次，驗證兌換後恕無法重複使用。

  Limit one QR Code per person. Each electronic voucher may be used only once. After being inspected upon entry, it may not be used again.

  當您參與本體驗行程，承辦單位將保留您之個人資料，為利旅遊業務之辦理或與旅客聯繫、完成交易、提供服務等，本公司就您的個人資料之利用區域限於參加旅客之所在國家以及台灣地區。

  When signing up for this experiential tour, the organizer will keep the personal information provided for processing travel-related matters or contacting participants, completing transactions, and providing service, etc. The usage area is limited to the traveler’s country and the Taiwan area.
